Employeepalooza: A Spectacular October Comeback!

This October, Employeepalooza – our biannual celebration of employee appreciation – returned in style. The week was filled with engaging activities designed to bring our global team together, celebrating shared achievements, camaraderie, and the diverse culture that makes LexisNexis special. 

October Highlights

Fan-favorite virtual events made a triumphant comeback, including the Music Lounge featuring DJ Tom, a Virtual Tour of stunning Barcelona, and the always-competitive Trivia Game, this time with Olympics the theme.

New this year we also introduced the #LifeAtLexisNexis Testimonial Contest, where employees shared personal stories about what makes LexisNexis a great place to work, spotlighting meaningful connections and experiences that define our culture. To complement the virtual festivities, all our global offices hosted Employeefest, a vibrant in-person gathering. 

 Spotlight on Horsham 

At our largest US office, just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, employees gathered for our Employeefest Carnival, filled with games, treats and opportunities to connect. 

Employees tried their luck at carnival classics like the 14′ Highstriker, Inflatable Connect 4 Basketball, Bas Skeeball, Quarterback Blitz, Cowmilking, Shootout, and Bowman Challenge. Delicious treats, including popcorn, cotton candy, Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels, and a variety of drinks, added to the festive vibe. 

The event also featured a raffle with exciting prizes, and employees had the opportunity to learn more about our commitment to diversity and inclusion by connecting with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).  

The carnival wasn’t just about games and snacks – it was about building connections and celebrating the incredible community we’ve fostered together.

Employeepalooza is more than just a week of activities–it’s a reflection of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and fun workplace. It also gives us a chance to celebrate our employees’ incredible contributions and the culture we’ve created together.
